The DonAtlas Events Team will utilize our logistical knowledge, leverage our industry partnerships, and maximize our creativity to provide the best guest experience possible. We implement a Four Step Planning Process to ensure we not only meet, but exceed, client goals, attendee expectations and overall ROI. Our Team can provide implementation strategies, onsite support, and post event reconciliation in a seamless transition that supports our partners throughout the engagement.

Our Four Step planning strategy starts with Pre-Planning where we source venues, negotiate contracts, provide budget analysis and vendor contracting. We review high-level goals including event budget, expected guest take-aways, and location preferences. The DonAtlas Team will then seamlessly transition from Pre-Planning to Active Planning with timeline creation, registration management (including registration site creation, attendee communication, housing lists, and transportation management), menu design, and overall vendor management (hotel, audiovisual, content creation, etc). We then move into Onsite Management where we provide “boots on the ground” to support your program goes flawlessly. After your program’s completion, we dive into Post-Event Reconciliation which includes vendor and hotel invoice reconciliation and post-event audits as required.
