Expertise in sourcing hotels with the client budget at the fore-front, identify high quality event space with multiple options for optimal guest experience.

Registration

Build, edit, maintain registration website, oversee all rooming list, travel and report/communicate to client as needed. Provide personal level of service to travelers on all meetings.

Budget and Audit Management

Provide client with budget updates through entire lifecycle of meeting. Track and complete all necessary audits, budgets and constant communication with auditor.

Logistical Support

Manage all required insurance, permits, scope of work (SOW) documentation, purchase order tracking, invoice processing, and budget updates.
